Oriental Stir Fry Station
  • Chicken Medallions, Shrimp, Scallops, Tenderloin Tips, or Pork Medallions
  • Stir Fried with Snow Peas, Julienne Carrots and Peppers, Water Chestnuts, Broccoli, in a Soy Ginger Sauce
  • Cocktail Eggrolls or Vegetable Springrolls with Plum Dipping Sauce
  • Chinese Fortune Cookies
Fajita or Quesadilla Station
  • Seasoned Chicken or Beef Medallions Sautéed with Bell Peppers and Onions
  • Served with Salsa, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Black Olives, Guacamole and Flour Tortillas
  • Seasoned Spanish Rice
  • Marinated Fresh Vegetables
Caesar Salad Station
  • Crispy Romaine Lettuce
  • Homemade Garlic Croutons, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Classic Caesar Dressing (Tossed to Order)
  • Crusty Baguette Loaves with Whipped Butter
 
Pasta Sautee Station
  • Assortment of Bite Sized Pastas
  • Sautéed with your Choice of Fresh Vegetables, Shrimp, Scallops, Chicken Medallions, Lobster, Crab, Italian Sausage ( Choose One or Two Accompaniments to Toss with the Pasta)
  • Creamy Alfredo, Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, Tomato Marinara with Fresh Basil, Bolognese, or Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauces (Choose One or Two Sauces to be Sautéed on Site)
  • Italian Baguettes with Whipped Butter and Seasoned Olive Oil

(We can also add Cheese Filled Tortellini, Porcini Mushroom Ravioli, or Mini Asiago and Garlic Ravioli to your Pasta Station for an additional charge.)
 

Antipasto Station
  • Salami, Pepperoni, and Aged Provolone
  • Marinated Mushrooms, Artichokes, Black Olives, and Pepperonccini
  • Layered Tomato and Mozzarella Drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Fresh Basil and Cracked Black Pepper

Seafood Station
  • Peeled and Deveined Shrimp and/or Crab Claws served in an Ice Sculpture with Classic Cocktail and Dijonnaise Sauces, Garnished with Lemon Wedges

  • Choice of Julienne Carrots, Grape Tomatoes, Cucumber Slices, Mushrooms, Garlic Croutons, Crumbled Bleu, Shredded Cheddar, Dried Cranberries, Toasted Almonds or Pecans
